At NAWSNOIR, every piece is created with intention, care, and quality control. As a small, independent startup brand, we currently operate with limited inventory and production capacity. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or if you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly.

 

Please email us at support@nawsnoir.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a brief description of the issue.

 

Each request is reviewed case by case, and in certain situations, a refund or replacement may be approved at our discretion.

 

Please note:

  • We cannot offer refunds for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for review

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
